Ensuring a peace-driven independence for Biafra
Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, the founder of the Biafra Independence Movement, BIM, has voiced concerns about Simon Ekpa, the self-acclaimed prime minister of Biafra in exile. Uwazuruike believes Ekpa’s approach is more confusing than helpful in the fight for Biafran independence. During the 25th anniversary of MASSOB/BIM, Uwazuruike emphasized that a non-violent strategy is crucial in achieving Biafra’s liberation.
Uwazuruike assured unity among pro-Biafra groups, stating that independence is within reach. The new Biafran government, led by Prime Minister Ezinne Uwaezuoke David, includes representatives from various regions of Biafra, symbolizing inclusivity and diversity. Uwazuruike reiterated the importance of a peaceful and unified approach, highlighting the progress made over 25 years of advocacy.
The journey towards Biafran independence is nearing its destination, with Uwazuruike’s unwavering commitment to a non-violent movement. As all regions of Biafra come together in celebration, Uwazuruike remains optimistic about the future. The path towards independence is marked by unity, peace, and recognition by the United Nations People’s Organization, UNPO.
In conclusion, Uwazuruike’s message is clear – the road to Biafran independence is paved with peace, unity, and unwavering determination. Together, the people of Biafra are on the brink of a new era, free from violence and division.
