The Ministry of Health and Social Protection in Morocco has announced the postponement of the fourth International Conference on Public Health in Africa due to the MPOX outbreak affecting various countries, including Morocco. The decision came after a request from the Director-General of the African CDC to prioritize efforts to control the epidemic.
With a commitment to strengthening health cooperation, Morocco aims to support African countries in combating health crises and achieving health sovereignty on the continent. The new conference date will be coordinated with the African Union and the African CDC.
