Exciting news from Kyrgyzstan! The country has recently ventured into the production of helicopters, marking a significant milestone in its industrial development. According to Dairbek Orunbekov, head of the information policy service in the presidential administration, Kyrgyzstan has successfully launched the production of a two-seater helicopter capable of traveling 600 kilometers in just three hours, thanks to its impressive 70-liter fuel tank.
These helicopters, priced at over $60,000, are a testament to Kyrgyzstan’s growing expertise in aerospace manufacturing. In addition to helicopters, the country is also gearing up to open factories for producing cars and other enterprises to further boost its industrial capabilities.
One of the key players in this venture is the Shumkar Transnational Corporation, established in 2021, which is spearheading the production of these innovative aircraft. The country’s push towards industrial advancement also includes collaborations with foreign entities, such as the recent partnership with the China Hubei Zhuoyue Group for the production of electric vehicles.
