The aftermath of Typhoon Yagi in northern Vietnam has been devastating, with the death toll rising to 197 and 128 people still missing. More than 250,000 hectares of crops have been destroyed, making it the most powerful typhoon to hit the region in 30 years.

Despite the challenges, communities are coming together to clean up and rebuild in the affected areas, such as the Thai Nguyen province where Samsung Electronics’ largest smartphone manufacturing plant is located.
