Turkey’s National Defense Minister Yasar Guler recently met with his Azerbaijani and Georgian counterparts during a trilateral defense ministers’ meeting in Tbilisi. The meeting aimed at strengthening cooperation between the three countries in the defense sector.
Guler first met with Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Chikovani and later had discussions with Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov. The discussions focused on regional security issues and potential collaborations in defense.
The visit to Tbilisi also included a warm welcome for Guler by Georgia’s Deputy Defense Minister Paata Patiashvili and Turkey’s Ambassador to Tbilisi Ali Kaan Orbay, highlighting the strong diplomatic ties between the countries.
