Why 6 Israelis Get More Attention Than 41,000 Murdered Palestinians?

Surrounded by Sayanim, Joe Biden has been beguiled by Israel’s backers throughout his political career. This is one of the many reasons the “sanctified” 6 Israeli Jews count more than the lives of the 41,000 “dehumanized” Palestinians.

On September 1, 2024, twenty-seven Palestinian families mourned the loss of loved ones, while six Israeli captives were recovered on the same day. The contrasting media coverage highlighted the disparity in treatment between Israeli and Palestinian lives.

The Israeli government, led by Netanyahu, chose to sacrifice the Israeli captives to further their war objectives, despite warnings of the risks involved. The tragic events underscored the dehumanization of Palestinians by Israeli forces and the Israeli public’s support for aggressive war tactics.

The deep-seated bias against Palestinians within Israeli society, fueled by political Zionism, reflects a disturbing trend of discrimination and entitlement among Israeli Jews.

In light of recent events, the public backlash against Netanyahu’s actions indicates a shift in sentiment, even drawing criticism from US President Joe Biden. The influence of Israel’s backers in Western governments further complicates the situation, perpetuating the unequal treatment of Israeli and Palestinian lives.
