Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has appointed 344 new aides, with less than 10 weeks to the November 16 governorship election in the state. The appointments, consisting of 28 Senior Special Assistants and 316 Special Assistants, aim to enhance governance and service delivery to the people of the state.
Spanning across the 18 Local Government Areas, 33 Local Council Development Areas, and 203 wards in the state, the new appointees are urged by Aiyedatiwa to bring their wealth of experience and dedication to serving the people.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniran, the governor emphasized the importance of the appointments in improving governance and meeting the needs of the citizens. The move signals the government’s commitment to effective leadership and community service.
