Yemenis protest Israel’s ‘Crime of the Century’ in Gaza

In a powerful display of solidarity with the Palestinian people amidst relentless airstrikes and genocide by Israel, over 70 mass demonstrations erupted across key provinces in Yemen. Protesters flooded the streets waving Yemeni and Palestinian flags, chanting slogans supporting the Palestinian struggle and condemning Israel’s actions.

Under the banner of “The Birth of the Prophet of Guidance… A Call to Support Gaza and Al-Aqsa,” the rallies coincided with the upcoming celebration of Prophet Muhammad’s birth anniversary. Protesters in Sana’a labeled Israel’s actions in Gaza as the “crime of the century” and denounced the regime’s Western allies for their complicity.

The statement issued during the protests declared Yemen’s unwavering support for Palestinians, vowing to continue mass marches until Gaza achieves victory. The Yemeni people stand firm in their defense of the oppressed people of Gaza, emphasizing their commitment to the cause.
