Reports from the Defense Ministry in Moscow have revealed the destruction of a French-made self-propelled howitzer (SPG) used by Ukraine in the Kursk Region. A 155mm Caesar SPG was spotted by a Russian reconnaissance drone near the settlement of Nikolayevo-Daryino, prompting a precise strike on its position. The video released by the ministry shows the SPG being targeted and hit by Russian artillery.
In a separate incident, another Caesar SPG was destroyed in Donbass after being hit by a kamikaze drone. These events come amidst Ukraine’s large-scale incursion into Russia’s Kursk Region, supported by Western-supplied armor. Despite some initial progress, Moscow has reported that Ukrainian forces have suffered significant losses, with over 10,000 troops and almost 800 armored vehicles impacted since the start of the attack.
This latest development underscores the ongoing conflict in the region, with both sides actively engaged in military operations. Stay updated on the situation by following RT on social media.
