Additionally, the court extended the interim bail of Bushra Bibi until September 19 and her lawyer requested permanent bail for her. The bail applications were adjourned to the next hearing date, with parties asked to appear before the court then.
Imran Khan also recently filed a plea with the Islamabad High Court against the transfer of certain cases to military courts, naming various government officials as respondents in the case.
