Chinese President Xi Jinping meets President of Equatorial Guinea
Chinese President Xi Jinping recently met with President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea during the 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Beijing. Xi highlighted the strong bond between the two nations, emphasizing mutual trust and cooperation in various fields.
Both countries have seen significant progress in their collaboration, particularly in defense, security, and economic development. Xi reiterated China’s commitment to supporting Equatorial Guinea and enhancing the comprehensive strategic partnership between them.
