Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has submitted his resignation letter to the country’s parliament, as confirmed by Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk. Several other ministers, including Deputy Prime Minister Olha Stefanishyna and Minister of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk, have also handed in their resignation letters. Additionally, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed his deputy chief of staff, Rostyslav Shurma, further highlighting the significant changes taking place in the Ukrainian government.
Kuleba, who has been serving as foreign minister since 2020, previously stated his willingness to step down under specific conditions. The resignation has drawn reactions from various parties, with Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commenting cryptically on the situation.
