In a tragic turn of events, a Palestinian young boy named Mohammad Kanaan was fatally shot by Israeli occupation forces during a raid on Tulkarm camp. The incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday, with Mohammad being shot in the head while accompanying his father in one of the camp’s neighborhoods. His father was also injured in the attack and both were rushed to the government hospital for treatment.

Israeli forces intensified their presence in Tulkarm camp, imposing a strict siege and deploying snipers on nearby buildings. The unrest also spread to the suburb of Ezbet al-Jarad, where a house was raided amidst the firing of sound bombs. Residents were interrogated but no detentions were reported.

The ongoing violence and aggression in the region continue to escalate, causing immense grief and sorrow among innocent civilians. It is imperative for the international community to take a stand against such atrocities and work towards a peaceful resolution for the people of Palestine.
