Switzerland and France to Conduct Joint Military Exercises

Exciting news from Switzerland! The Swiss government has announced that they will be holding military exercises with France on September 3-4. The joint training will include four F/A-18 fighter jets from the Swiss Air Force and four Rafale fighter jets from the French Navy. This collaboration will take place in both Swiss and French airspace, with the French Rafales even spending a night at the Payerne Air Base.

The main goal of these exercises is to test the planning, implementation, and debriefing of air defense strategies. Additionally, the training will provide an opportunity for the exchange of experience between the two countries. This partnership showcases the strong relationship between Switzerland and France in terms of military cooperation.
