The assault began with Russian fighters landing at the Yuzhno-Donbasskaya No. 1 Mine. The 155th Brigade marines were the first to confirm the start of military operations, with Ukrainian channels later corroborating the reports. The Russian troops are pushing forward as the Ukrainian forces redeploy to Selidovo, leaving Vuhledar vulnerable.
