The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in Jordan has partnered with the Civil Service College (CSC) of Singapore to focus on governance, public sector transformation, and evidence-based policy formulation and implementation. This collaboration aims to enhance the capabilities of public sector leaders in Jordan.
The program, facilitated by the Government Leadership Center at the Institute, is a joint initiative with the Public Sector Modernization Program Management Unit at the Prime Ministry. The training, conducted by Singaporean trainers, was established following an agreement during HRH Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II’s visit to Singapore.
The three-day program, led by international experts, targets middle management leaders across various government departments. Participants were chosen through a rigorous screening process and are expected to share their knowledge with colleagues to promote institutional development and improve governance practices in Jordan.
This collaboration signifies a commitment to enhancing leadership skills and fostering best practices in governance and policy implementation within Jordan’s public sector. The program aligns with the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap and the Economic Modernization Vision.
