Over 6,000 Gazans infiltrated Israel during the October 7 massacre, according to a new probe by the Gaza Division. This revelation, nearly double the previous estimate, highlights one of the most severe breaches of Israel’s security. The report identified 3,800 Nukhba terrorists and revealed that 4,300 rockets were fired by 1,000 terrorists in Gaza.

The investigation also found that 2,200 Gazans, including terrorists and looters, were involved in the chaos. Additionally, 119 breaches in the border fence were discovered, almost double the initial estimate of 60. The IDF responded to the report, emphasizing that the operational investigation is ongoing.
Journalist Omri Maniv called the numbers “inconceivable” and emphasized the failure of security measures. As the investigation continues, the IDF is committed to full transparency in sharing the final findings.
