Governor Abba Yusuf Flags Off 5-kilometre Road Project in Kano

Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State recently flagged off the construction of a five-kilometre road project in Kunchi town, Ghari Local Government Area. The project, which aims to develop rural communities, was initiated during the tenure of Rabi’u Kwankwaso but was abandoned by the previous administration.

The governor warned the contractor to mobilize to the site within a week, threatening contract termination if the deadline is not met. He expressed gratitude to the community for their patience and cooperation and commissioned a township road in Yandadi town before starting the 5-kilometre project.

During the visit to Kano State College of Education and Preliminary Studies, Ghari, the governor assured the public of the government’s commitment to providing necessary infrastructure for uninterrupted academic activities. This initiative underscores the state’s dedication to improving the lives of its residents through essential development projects.
