WASHINGTON CONDEMNS TERRORIST ATTACK IN BALOCHISTAN, PAKISTAN
The Pentagon has strongly denounced the recent Balochistan terrorist attack, in Pakistan. Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh confirmed the condemnation and reaffirmed Washington’s commitment to collaborating with Pakistan in eliminating terrorism.
This declaration emphasizes the longstanding cooperation between the US and the Pakistani government, with a promise to continue working together. When asked about a meeting with the Indian defense minister regarding attacks on Sikhs, Singh chose not to comment on the issue.
Additionally, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has approved extra military support capabilities for the Secret Service to safeguard presidential and vice presidential candidates in the upcoming elections. The type of support remains undisclosed, but the Secret Service will oversee candidate security until the elections on November 5 and the subsequent presidential and vice-presidential inauguration in January 2025.
