Former US president Donald Trump’s campaign team criticized Fox News for releasing a poll that showed Trump trailing Vice President Kamala Harris in key battleground states, reported by The Hill.
The campaign stated, “President Trump is outperforming previous poll cycles. He is ahead of his 2020 polling in Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina according to Fox.”
The poll revealed Harris leading in Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada with a slight overall advantage. Previous polls had Biden behind Trump in all four states.
Trump, critical of Fox News’ coverage, frequently appears on the network despite his criticisms. He even proposed a debate with Harris on Fox News, which she declined.
The upcoming debate between Trump and Harris is set for September 10, moderated by ABC News.
