Iran seeks to enhance relations with all nations: President Pezeshkian

Iranian President Pezeshkian emphasized the country’s commitment to spreading peace and friendship globally during a phone call with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre. Pezeshkian expressed Iran’s readiness to cooperate in preventing violence and insecurity and called for stronger ties between the two nations. He also criticized the US for withdrawing from the 2015 nuclear deal and urged European countries to uphold their commitments.

Støre, acknowledging the historic and friendly relations between Iran and Norway, condemned the Israeli regime’s actions in Gaza and expressed hope for a peaceful resolution. He highlighted Norway’s early recognition of the Palestinian people’s right to an independent state and called for an end to the tragic events in Gaza.
