Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and his cabinet recently met with Ayatollah Khamenei during National Administration Week. The meeting took place at the Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah of Tehran on August 27. Ayatollah Khamenei praised Iran’s status in the world as a leader in science, regional power, and strategic depth.
The Leader emphasized Iran’s natural resources, geographical location, and climate diversity as well as its rich human capacities. He highlighted the importance of Iran’s influence on the world and the region and advised the new government to focus on production to solve economic issues.
Ayatollah Khamenei also discussed the importance of artificial intelligence and the need for a law-centered approach in the cyberspace. He cautioned against the establishment of an artificial intelligence agency by opportunists seeking to hinder countries’ progress in the field.
The Leader encouraged the new government to choose young, committed, and faithful colleagues who adhere to the principles of the Islamic Revolution. He stressed the significance of mastering technology and ensuring the rule of law in cyberspace for the country’s benefit.
