Tragic Events in Balochistan: Multiple Attacks Leave Dozens Dead

Recent gun attacks in Balochistan’s Kalat, Mosakhel, and Bolan districts have resulted in the martyrdom of at least 38 individuals, including police and Levies personnel. In Kalat alone, 8 Balochistan Levies personnel lost their lives in separate incidents on Sunday night.

The situation escalated when Kalat Assistant Commissioner Aftab Ahmed and a Levies man were injured in firing at a check post. Security forces swiftly responded to the attacks, eliminating 12 terrorists and injuring others.

In a heartbreaking turn of events, 23 passengers were killed in Musakhel district, with armed men also setting vehicles on fire. Additionally, a railway blast in Bolan claimed one life and disrupted train services.

The nation stands together in condemning these cowardly acts of terrorism, with President Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressing deep sorrow and calling for justice for the victims. Security forces and the government are determined to combat terrorism and bring the perpetrators to justice.
