The Valmiki Corporation scam that plagued Karnataka is now creating ripples in Telangana, as BRS opposition party seeks answers from the local Congress unit regarding the diverted funds. BRS working president KT Rama Rao alleged that Telangana Congress leaders used the misappropriated funds from Karnataka in their elections. The scandalous scam has unearthed links between Karnataka politicians and businessmen with their counterparts in Telangana.

Rama Rao posed several questions regarding the bank accounts where Rs 45 Cr was transferred in Hyderabad, ownership of “V6 Business” which received Rs 4.5 Cr, and connections between local Congress leaders and businesses during elections. He also highlighted Karnataka Minister Satish Jarakiholi’s statement hinting at potential repercussions for the Telangana government if certain actions were taken.
