German prosecutors have identified a 26-year-old Syrian man as the suspect in a multiple stabbing attack in Solingen that left three people dead and eight others injured. The suspect, Issa Al H., was flown to the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe for his hearing and has been remanded on charges of murder and affiliating with the “Islamic State” militant group.
