Prashant Kishor Mocks Tejashwi Yadav’s Development Claims

In a recent statement, Jan Suraaj Party chief Prashant Kishor took a dig at RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, highlighting Bihar’s development during the Mahagathbandhan rule. Kishor criticized Yadav for discussing the development model, stating that the RJD leader lacks understanding of GDP and growth rates, despite his party’s 15-year rule in Bihar. He emphasized issues like caste, extortion, liquor mafia, and crime as more pertinent topics for Yadav to address.

On the other hand, Tejashwi Yadav criticized the Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government for the state’s lagging development indicators, calling it a “demon’s rule.” Kishor also shared his views on conducting a caste census, criticizing Rahul Gandhi for not implementing it during the Congress’ long rule.

Furthermore, Kishor announced that the Jan Suraaj party would contest all 243 seats in the upcoming Bihar legislative assembly election, with plans to nominate 40 women candidates. He expressed confidence in winning the 2025 assembly elections, showcasing determination and ambition for political change in Bihar.
