Welcome to the Tourist Guidance Centre at Muttrah Corniche!

Since its opening on January 1, 2024, our tourist guidance centre has welcomed over 6,000 visitors eager to explore Oman’s rich heritage and beautiful destinations. Located at Muttrah corniche in Muscat, our centre serves as a one-stop resource for all things related to tourism in Oman.

Under the supervision of Hana bint Salem al Bahrani, our centre assists visitors with valuable information on Muscat’s top attractions, markets, dining options, and transportation. We also offer brochures, maps, and guide cards to help travelers navigate Oman’s wonders.

At the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, we are dedicated to enhancing the visitor experience. Plans are in place to introduce electronic forms for feedback and implement tools to track visitor numbers and demographics. Additionally, new tourist guidance centres are set to be established in Dakhiliyah, focusing on sustainable tourism practices.
