11-Year-Old confesses to drowning 8-Year-Old Boy

Tragedy struck in Jesup, Georgia, when 8-year-old Noah Bush drowned in May at the hands of two boys. One 11-year-old admitted to holding Noah’s head underwater until he drowned, receiving a two-year sentence. Another 10-year-old boy was sentenced for his involvement in concealing the death and trespassing. Both were given the maximum juvenile sentences in July.

Noah’s mother expressed outrage at the short sentences, calling them inadequate for the loss of her son. The family insists the crime was racially motivated and is determined to see all responsible parties held accountable.

The tragic incident began when Noah went missing on May 15 and was discovered in a borrow pit the next day. Initially deemed non-suspicious, the true nature of Noah’s death soon came to light.

A GoFundMe campaign, started by a teacher, raised over $14,500 to support Noah’s family with funeral and related expenses.
