President Zardari Meets JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman
President Asif Ali Zardari held a meeting with Maulana Fazalur Rehman at his residence in Islamabad to discuss the country’s political situation and mutual interests. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi was also present at the meeting.
The meeting between President Zardari and Maulana Fazalur Rehman comes after a recent meeting between the JUI-F chief and a delegation from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Both parties are considering collaboration and ending differences to work together effectively in Parliament.
During the meeting, discussions were held on forming committees for joint efforts. PTI expressed their willingness to cooperate within the government, indicating that a partnership with JUI-F could pose a challenge to the ruling party.
