During the annual Isese Day Celebration in Osogbo, the Traditional Religion Worshippers Association of Osun State consulted the Ifa oracle, which highlighted the health challenges faced by residents. The group urged the government to prioritize the health of its citizens and take prompt action.
In addition to predicting unexpected blessings for the state, the traditionalists emphasized the importance of utilizing these benefits for the well-being of the residents. They suggested promoting the planting, selling, and consumption of bitter kola nuts to enhance the distribution of blessings among citizens. Osun State Commissioner for Health, Mr. Jola Akinola, reaffirmed the government’s commitment to addressing these predictions through medical interventions.
The government aims to ensure the residents’ good health and well-being by taking necessary medical steps. Despite the traditional nature of the predictions, the government is prepared to tackle these issues medically and ensure the welfare of its people.
