The Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCCC), also known as the “cyber hawks,” successfully apprehended Bristol Isaac Tamunobiefiri, alias ‘PIDOM,’ for alleged document leaks. ACP Muyiwa Adejobi, the police spokesman, revealed that the suspect was arrested on August 5, 2024, in Rivers State by the cyber hawks led by Commissioner of Police Uche Ifeanyi.
The allegations against Tamunobiefiri include unlawful possession, leakage of classified documents, cyber-related offenses, and more. Adejobi emphasized the commitment to conducting a thorough investigation and ensuring the enforcement of the law for a more secure nation.
