A shocking crime has rocked a quiet rural town in northern New South Wales, as a woman has been charged with the murder of a man whose body was discovered inside a surfboard bag on a driveway. The gruesome discovery led to the establishment of a crime scene and a dedicated strike force to investigate the man’s death, involving the local police and the state’s homicide squad.
Following intensive investigations, a 35-year-old woman was arrested on Loftus Street in Nambucca Heads and charged with murder under domestic violence laws. The accused was taken to Macksville Police Station and denied bail, scheduled to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on the same day.
Authorities revealed that the woman and the victim were acquainted with each other, hinting at a possible motive for the crime. As the case unfolds in court, the community is left in shock by this tragic event that has unfolded in their midst.
