Breaking News: A private security guard was shot during a failed cash-in-transit robbery in Mandeni, KwaZulu-Natal. The incident occurred near the Mandeni toll gate when an armed gang of four suspects targeted a cash van, injuring one guard in the process.
Dragon Protection Services owner, Manhar Parshotam, confirmed the attack and stated that the guards retaliated, resulting in one suspect being shot before being taken away by his accomplices. The wounded guard is set to be airlifted to the hospital by a helicopter.
