Unemployed man in Sydney charged after luxury items worth $500k seized by police
Police in Parramatta, Sydney, have charged a man after seizing luxury vehicles and watches valued at half a million dollars. The investigation into unexplained wealth linked to organized crime networks led to the seizure of a Lamborghini Huracan, Harley Davidson V-Rod, and Rolex watches in July.
The total value of the seized items exceeds $500,000, according to NSW Police. The unemployed 39-year-old man, who has been on benefits since 2019, was charged with dishonest possession and is due in court in October.
