Tragedy struck in Sydney’s south-west as a cleaner was found dead in a unit block, sparking a police investigation into the cause of his untimely demise.
Authorities were alerted to the situation on St Johns Road in Cabramatta after concerns were raised for the welfare of the 50-year-old male cleaner late in the evening.
Authorities are exploring the possibility that the deceased cleaner’s exposure to toxic chemicals may have played a role in his death.
