Sanaa Examines Creation of Economic Courts – Yemen Press Agency

The Supreme Judicial Council in Sanaa has approved the formation of a committee to study the establishment of economic courts, focusing on legal and practical aspects essential for judicial field work. In a meeting, the Council discussed justice and human rights issues in the government program and emphasized the need for coordination between the judiciary and the government to address national tasks and challenges.

Additionally, the annual operational plan for the Higher Judicial Institute for the year 1446 AH was approved during the Council’s session. This decision aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of judicial training and education.
