In a recent attack, five explosive-laden drones were launched from Lebanon towards Israel. Three of the drones were successfully intercepted by the Iron Dome air defense system, but two managed to strike the Western Galilee region.
Tragically, one of the drones hit near Ya’ara, resulting in the death of a soldier and causing injuries to several others, one of whom is in serious condition. The attack has once again highlighted the ongoing tensions in the region and the continued threat of drone attacks.
