Hezbollah: WSJ Report Filled with Lies, Serving Zionist Agenda

Hezbollah vehemently refuted the Wall Street Journal’s report accusing Israel of assassinating senior Jihadi commander Fuad Shokr. The Lebanese organization denounced the article as a collection of falsehoods and baseless allegations, emphasizing that the journalists behind it never had any contact with Hezbollah officials.

The WSJ claimed that Mossad, Israel’s intelligence agency, used a phone call to track and kill Shokr by breaching Hezbollah’s communication network. However, commentators like Salem Zahran have dismissed these claims, stating that Hezbollah does not operate in such a manner. They also highlighted discrepancies in the report, such as Shokr’s alleged presence on the seventh floor during the assassination in Beirut’s Dahiyeh.

Many have called on the Wall Street Journal to verify their sources and reconsider their narrative. The spreading of false information without proper authentication only serves the interests of the Zionist enemy, as Hezbollah’s Media Relations Office pointed out.
