The Parliament in Sanaa has taken a significant step by referring the draft program of the Government of Change and Construction to a special committee for consideration. This follows a session where members listened to the government’s proposal, consisting of six main axes.
The program focuses on strengthening steadfastness against aggression, addressing its effects, administrative development, institutional reform, economic policies, public services, infrastructure, internal and foreign policy, and the promotion of justice and human rights.
Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Abdulsalam Hashwal, highlighted the importance of cooperation between the government and parliament for success, especially in Yemen’s current circumstances. Transparency and regulatory body activation were also emphasized during the session.
This program represents a preliminary plan for navigating the challenges faced by Yemen, showcasing a commitment to progress and development in the nation.
