The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) is gearing up for a massive membership drive starting on September 1, with an initial target of over 10 crores set by the party. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead the initiative by renewing his membership on the first day. The drive will be conducted in two phases, spanning September and October.
A key highlight of this membership campaign is the party’s focus on digital methods, including missed calls, QR codes, the NaMo App, and the official BJP website. For remote areas without internet access, traditional methods like filling up forms will be available.
BJP is optimistic about surpassing the previous record of 18 crores under Amit Shah’s leadership. The party has strategically assigned leaders like Vinod Tawde, Dushyant Gautam, Purandeshwari, and Arvind Menon to oversee the membership drive in various regions.
The meticulous planning and discussed strategies in a recent meeting with party leaders indicate the BJP’s determined approach towards this membership mobilization campaign, emphasizing grassroots involvement and engagement at all levels.
