Former President Donald Trump has revealed some surprising sources of income in a recent financial disclosure filed ahead of the 2024 presidential election. Among these, Trump received a $300,000 royalty payment from the God Bless the USA Bible, named after the hit song by Lee Greenwood and endorsed by Trump himself. The Bible, priced at $60, was promoted by Trump in a video urging Americans to “make America pray again.”
The disclosure also unveiled Trump’s ownership of cryptocurrency and a significant licensing agreement payment from a company dealing in digital trading cards. Additionally, Trump earned millions from books such as Letters to Trump and A MAGA Journey. His business classic, The Art of the Deal, continues to bring in substantial royalties.
Trump’s online platform, Truth Social, is valued at over $50 million, with Melania Trump also earning from speaking engagements and NFT collectibles. Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s resort, reported $56.9 million in revenues in the disclosure.
The filing also noted liabilities exceeding $100 million related to ongoing civil lawsuits. The annual disclosure, required of federal candidates and officials, was submitted by Trump on Thursday.
