The Palestinian Resistance Condemns Attack by Israeli Settlers in West Bank
The Palestinian Hamas and Islamic Jihad resistance groups have issued a strong condemnation of an attack by illegal Israeli settlers on the village of Jit in the northern West Bank. The settlers killed a Palestinian, Rashid Mahmoud Sada, and set fire to homes and cars belonging to other residents.
Hamas has called for a popular uprising against these settler gangs, declaring that the bloodshed will not go in vain. Similarly, the Islamic Jihad movement labeled the attack as a declaration of war on Palestinians and urged residents to confront the settler crimes in defense of their land.
The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement also denounced the attack, viewing it as part of a genocidal war led by Israel against Palestinians. The violent incursion by over 100 settlers resulted in casualties and property damage, amplifying the need for resistance against the Zionist aggression.
The escalating violence in the West Bank, following Israel’s assault on Gaza, has claimed hundreds of lives and caused widespread injuries. The Palestinian Health Ministry reports over 600 fatalities in the West Bank and over 40,000 deaths in Gaza since the conflict began.
