Terrorists Killed in North Waziristan Operation
An intelligence-based operation in North Waziristan’s Razmak area resulted in the death of three Tehreek-i-Taliban (TTP) terrorists, with one terrorist injured, as confirmed by the military’s media wing on Friday.
Security forces conducted the operation after receiving information about the presence of terrorists in the area. The intense exchange of fire led to the elimination of three terrorists while one was wounded. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the slain terrorists, who were actively involved in terrorist activities and target killing of civilians.
The operation is part of ongoing efforts to eradicate terrorism from the country. The TTP has recently been declared as “Fitna al-Khawarij” by the government, highlighting their destructive nature.
Security forces have ramped up efforts to combat terrorism, with recent successful operations targeting TTP members. The country remains vigilant against terror threats, particularly in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
