Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has reportedly reached out to Vice President Kamala Harris with a proposition to endorse her in exchange for a cabinet position, as per sources cited by the New York Times. Kennedy’s text messages indicate his interest in discussing the matter with Harris, although there seems to be a lack of response from her team.
‘No plans to endorse Harris,’ Kennedy says
In a social media post, Kennedy denied rumors of endorsing Harris and criticized the direction of the current Democratic Party under her leadership. According to him, the party now represents values that differ from those of his father and uncle, focusing on censorship and medical coercion.
VP Harris’s Democratic Party would be unrecognizable to my father and uncle and I cannot reconcile it with my values…

Despite his attempts, Kennedy’s discussions with Harris and even with Republican candidate Donald Trump for similar purposes did not lead to any agreements, as per the New York Times.
