Over 10K Israeli soldiers treated at Defence Ministry’s rehab facilities since Oct. 7

Israeli Defense Ministry’s rehabilitation facilities have treated 10,056 soldiers since the start of the Israeli onslaught against Gaza. The ministry’s statement reveals that a significant number of soldiers have injuries in their limbs, heads, and eyes. Additionally, 35% of them are suffering from mental disorders due to trauma.

Despite facing international condemnation for flouting a UN Security Council resolution for an immediate cease-fire, Israel continued its brutal offensive on Gaza, resulting in the death of more than 39,900 people and injuries to over 92,000 others. The ongoing conflict has left vast tracts of Gaza in ruins, with a severe blockade on essential supplies.

Israel is accused of genocide at the International Court of Justice, which ordered an immediate halt to its military operation in Rafah, where more than a million Palestinians sought refuge. The impact of the conflict is devastating, with innocent civilians, especially women and children, bearing the brunt of the violence.
