Exciting news from Baku, Azerbaijan as President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the Memorandum of Understanding between Azerbaijan and China for the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Routes. The memorandum, signed in July 2024, aims to enhance the China-Europe Railway Express.
The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport in Azerbaijan will oversee the implementation of the memorandum. The Foreign Ministry has been tasked with informing China about the completion of necessary procedures for the memorandum to take effect.
