Harris Camp Promotes Inclusivity with Custom Pronouns

The Harris campaign is prioritizing inclusivity by offering a wide array of preferred pronoun options for job applicants to choose from, including unique identifiers like “Fae/faer,” “Hu/hu,” and “Ey/em.” Applicants can also select a “Custom” option if none of the provided pronouns align with their preferences.

New hires are also asked to elaborate on how they will contribute to fostering diversity in the workplace, and to partake in an optional diversity survey that collects data on pronouns, gender identity, and sexual orientation. The campaign’s emphasis on inclusivity aligns with Vice President Kamala Harris’s past statements advocating for a “woke” mindset.
