The CBI team, including medical and forensic experts, will examine the seminar hall where the doctor’s body was discovered.
Three groups of CBI officers have been assigned to investigate the case.
The Calcutta High Court has transferred the probe to the CBI, and the agency has filed an FIR related to the incident.
The Kolkata Police handed over the suspect to the CBI for further investigation.
CBI officers are collecting evidence and coordinating with local authorities as part of their investigations.
