Iran is pushing for the extradition of Reza Zarrab Sobhani from Spain following accusations of participating in illegal activities. Kazem Gharibabadi has sent a letter to the Foreign Ministry highlighting Sobhani’s alleged crimes, which include gambling, deceiving teenagers, child abuse, and money laundering. Despite providing evidence to the Spanish government, no action has been taken yet.
Gharibabadi emphasized the importance of addressing Sobhani’s criminal behavior to maintain societal psychological security. He called for the immediate extradition of Sobhani to face justice, urging the acting Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani to take decisive action.
