While direct online requests are available for subscribers of major mobile carriers like SK Telecom, KT, and LG Uplus, MVNO users need to download and fill out forms before contacting customer service.
With MVNO subscriptions steadily increasing, calls for government intervention to ensure easier access to communication records are growing. The need for MVNOs to simplify the process of granting users access to their data has been emphasized, highlighting the importance of providing clear guidelines to enhance user convenience.
